Inquiry Intensives
with Sandra Maitri and Jessica Britt
“It now becomes clear that being where you are is central to the practice of being real. And this is not separate from the practice of self-inquiry, for it is self-inquiry that will ultimately allow us to simply be by bringing us into more intimate contact with what we are being.” —A. H. Almaas
We invite you to join us for two Inquiry Intensives that will deepen your capacity to inquire with the unique support of an international group of other inquiry practitioners and two long-time Diamond Approach teachers, Sandra Maitri and Jessica Britt.
“Allowing Our Experience” Inquiry Intensive with Sandra Maitri
In this Inquiry Intensive we will practice inquiry to explore the reasons we close ourselves off from certain categories of experience, what we need to understand to open to these experiences, and what results from moving through this process.
In this Inquiry Intensive with Sandra Maitri, you’ll be guided to…
– Explore the role of how your internal perspective on how you think you should be can interfere with open-ended inquiry
– Understand what types of experiences people tend to avoid
– Discover what results when you open to what is present and why this is crucial to inquiry that unlocks inner potential
“Engaging our Experience: Body, Breath, and Being” Inquiry Intensive with Jessica Britt
In this Inquiry Intensive, we will deepen into the practice of inquiry through the exploration of a key ingredient of the Diamond Approach inquiry practice: the breath. Inquiry is a dynamic living process, and central to this vitality is our relationship to our breathing bodies. By opening up to the recognition of ourselves as a living, breathing consciousness, our capacity to inquire deepens into the very substance of our experience and our consciousness is enhanced.
In this Inquiry Intensive with Jessica Britt, you’ll be guided to…
– Explore what limits the breath and how that serves one’s personality
– Understand the function of breath as a support for an engaged Inquiry
– Discover how to engage the breath as a support for one’s Presence
The online Intensives include:
Each Inquiry Intensive includes recordings of two, three-hour video gatherings that took place in July and August 2018 offering:
