This self-paced digital course explores the foundational practices of the Diamond Approach: Meditation; Sensing, Looking, and Listening; and Inquiry.
In this course, we will explore the place and purpose of the foundational practices in our continuing unfoldment. We will renew our personal relationship to these modalities and clear up misunderstandings, inner obstacles, and difficulties. With this increased understanding, we will be able to skillfully deepen into the practices, making them implicit in our lives in ways that supports the totality of our transformation.
The live Q&A Session took place on Saturday, August 12, 2017, from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time.
