In September 2022, the school will offer its new online program, Keys to the Enneagram, an 11-month online journey with Russ Hudson and Sandra Maitri based on Hameed’s newly released Keys to the Enneagram book.   

As part of this program, we will offer a private Facebook group to anyone enrolled in the program.  The Facebook group is designed to give students a sense of community and belonging within the school and online DA community, to share about their course experience, ask questions about the content, etc. 

We would like to find a group of students who are comfortable using Facebook, who feel called to support the program by helping moderate the private Facebook group in partnership with a group of DA Teacher moderators.  

This would include: 

– Checking the Facebook group semi-regularly to engage with students, approve posts, post content, and uphold online community agreements (hours vary, 1-3 hours/week average) 

– Creating a strong sense of community and inclusion so both DA students and those new to the DA feel like a part of our school family 

– Giving feedback to Diamond Approach Online to improve the student community experience 

– Participating in a group orientation and training meeting in August 

Student moderators will receive complimentary access to the Keys to the Enneagram course and get to be a part of what is expected to be our largest online teaching experience with Russ and Sandra and a global group of courageous explorers.
