In this limited-release lecture series, A.H. Almaas (founder of the Diamond Approach) explored six major spiritual teachers and traditions and how their contributions to spirituality may be understood. The teachers include Nisargadatta, Dogen, and Krishnamurti; the traditions include Advaita Vedanta and Dzogchen. Each lecture included a question and comment period.
Having worked with a great number of spiritual seekers and students over many decades, Almaas has seen some distortions and incomplete understandings of various teachers and traditions within the larger spiritual community. He shared his own understanding, with the aim of clarifying and better illuminating the essential contributions that these iconic teachers and traditions have made to humanity’s body of spiritual wisdom.
Almaas’s explorations are guided by his personal realizations, ethos of precision, and life-long curiosity into the nature of reality and the evolution of consciousness.
